(A Two-Year, Full-Time Course affiliated with Gujarat Technological University & Approved by AICTE, New Delhi)
The two-year, full-time MCA program at NJSMTI is a postgraduate course designed to produce skilled professionals for the dynamic and fast-paced Information Technology industry. The institute established the MCA program in the academic year 2011, functioning as a Post Graduate Centre of Gujarat Technological University to meet the rising demand for skilled technocrats.
The program aims to develop young, skilled IT professionals capable of working in both national and international sectors. NJSMTI focuses on creating high-level human resources, specifically at the level of Programmer and Software Developer, for industries such as Banking, Network Communication, Multimedia, Security, Wireless Technology, and Web Technology.
In addition to the core syllabus, students are provided with ample opportunities to participate in seminars, workshops, and conferences. As an incentive, scholarships are awarded to students who excel; there are three scholarships of ₹10,000 in cash available for each semester, total 9 scholarships throughout the program.

Career Path: Graduates typically begin as Junior Programmers and advance quickly to roles such as Systems Analysts and Project Leaders. Many also explore entrepreneurial ventures or IT consultancy.

Internship & Final Project
In the final semester of the course, students are required to undergo Industrial Training (Final Project). This internship focuses exclusively on software development within commercial or systems-level applications. The project is designed to implement the full suite of analysis, design, and programming tools learned during the curriculum.

Total Seats: 60 (Approved by AICTE).
Management Quota: Nil. (All seats are filled strictly on the basis of Merit).
Class Timings: 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Scholarship: Three scholarships of Rs.10,000 per semester ( for first three semesters ).
